Curriculum Overview

Project ECHO’s Middle School CEO program is a semester-long, hands-on introduction to business and entrepreneurship designed specifically for middle school students. This innovative course helps students turn ideas into action — guiding them through brainstorming, planning, and launching real-world business concepts.

Working in teams, students learn essential skills like market research, budgeting, marketing, and product development — all tailored to their age group. Along the way, they develop confidence, creativity, and leadership.

Through collaboration and experiential learning, students gain the entrepreneurial mindset they need to succeed in school, careers, and beyond.

Project ECHO  empowers students with entrepreneurial and leadership skills so that they can thrive in college, their careers and in their community as change-makers.

 

Through CTE friendly curriculum, Project ECHO’s unique model of project-based entrepreneurship gives students and teachers an opportunity to tie-in industry-sector themes while linking their learning to solving real-world problems.
